Wedding Horsebox Bar Hire and Packages
Firstly, congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding. One of the most important things is for you and your guests to have a great time. We are here to take the stress away and will have the drinks side of things covered for you and your guests on your special day. This package is free as long as you meet the minimum spend requirements. Alternative options can be offered upon request.
What we offer:
Drinks: A full bar with over 80 different types of gin as well as a varied selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks. We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests that you may have and are versatile in what we can offer
Packages: We have drinks packages available for your day which cover arrival drinks, table wine and/or toast drinks. For any packages booked alongside the horsebox bar a discount per drink is offered. Please use the form below to tell us if you are interested in knowing more about our drink’s packages
Location: We are Nottinghamshire based but are happy to travel to events in surrounding areas
Cost: Free to hire with an agreed minimum bar spend. Alternative options can be offered upon request.
Holding fee: £250 (secures your booking)
Guests: up to 150

We offer three ways to pay:
Cash Bar – Guest pay by cash or card
Tab Bar – Treat your guests by putting an agreed amount behind the bar for them to enjoy
Open Bar – Feeling generous? You pay whilst your guests enjoy their drinks
